EMPOWERMENT THROUGH EDUCATION

FOUNTAINS OF COMPASSION completed another educational empowerment project in March 2021. We believe that educating our young should be a privilege for a select few but the right of every child. Rev. Fr. Philip Paul Tah released over N2.5 Million ($5,300) in support of our Educate our Children Fund.

This year 2021, 55 students who could not afford their registration in the West African Examination Council (WAEC) got registered for their upcoming exams. With the expiration of registration closing in, most of these students were at risk of losing out. Beneficiaries came from six Secondary Schools in Boki and Ikom Local Government Areas. The Schools include:

1. COMMUNITY SECONDARY SCHOOL NSADOP, BOKI. -Five Students

2. GOVERNMENT SECONDARY SCHOOLS BANSAN-OSOKOM, BOKI. -Ten Students

3. COMMUNITY SECONDARY SCHOOL BOJE, BOKI. -Ten Students

4. COMMUNITY SECONDARY SCHOOL ISO-BENDEGHE, BOKI. -Ten Students

5. SECONDARY COMMERCIAL SCHOOL KAKWAGOM, BOKI. Fifteen Students

6. SAINT JOSEPH SCHOOL ATIMAKA, IKOM. -Five Students.

May God bless Fountains of Compassion and the friends that continue to partner and support our efforts at empowering and equipping our young people to face the future with greater prospects. Below are some photos of the students and their principals. All thanks to Rev.Fr. Philip Tah.
